Received the gun yesterday evening. At first, I wasn’t able to fire it because of my own mistake. But Pranav from Invincible One resolved the issue very well. He was very courteous, polite, and helpful. Never once did he mention that it was my mistake. I sincerely appreciate the way Hardik and Pranav handled it.
The gun is excellent. Looks and feels exact like the original (the Austrian Glock), the feeling of holding it just can’t be described in words. Easy to use, comes with 4 magazines, Allen Key / Wrench, a beautiful hard case, a holster and a pen (extras from Invincible One).
Over all, fully satisfied with not just the product, but also the entire process of purchase, support and delivery, and even the after sales. Event he delivery was quicker.
